Dolly Parton Teams With Dionne Warwick On Gospel Tune

A gospel duet by a country legend and a pop legend will be released later this month.

Dolly Parton and Dionne Warwick have teamed up on "Peace Like a River," which is scheduled for release on February 24th. Parton said she wrote the song back in the 1980's during a time she felt like she "needed to be lifted up more." Warwick, who performed many Burt Bacharach songs, also has a connection with Parton, even though this is the first time they've performed together.

Warwick's cousin, the late Whitney Houston, topped the charts in 1992 with Parton's "I Will Always Love You."
