Elvis' Blue Suede Shoes Sell For More Than $150,000

Elvis

It's one for the money. Elvis Presley's famed blue suede shoes sold at auction for more than $150,000.

They were picked up by a California collector who won the Henry Aldridge and Son auction. Presley made the shoes famous in his cover of "Blue Suede Shoes" and wore them for several performances.

He gave them to a friend the night before he left for the Army in 1958, who kept them up until now.
