Garth Brooks Nashville Bar Opens This Week

Garth-Brooks

Garth Brooks fans will finally get the chance to visit his Nashville bar this week.

The Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk is set to open Thursday on Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville. It will feature four floors with the first two evoking a classic honky tonk setting, the third hosting private events and the fourth being the home of a rooftop bar called "The Oasis." Trisha Yearwood created the dishes available on the menu, including burgers, steak, chicken tenders and shoestring fries.

Friends in Low Places will also be the home of a Nashville police substation, with Garth saying he wanted to find a way to help improve safety on Broadway at no cost to taxpayers.
