Garth Brooks Nominated To Be On Nashville Entertainment Commission


A Nashville Metro Council member is nominating country music legend Garth Brooks to serve on the city's Music, Film and Entertainment Commission.  

It was created earlier this year to streamline all entertainment avenues in the city and provide resources for producers, directors, and artists. The commission will be made up of 15 people. 

There is no word on whether Brooks will accept the nomination.
