Gas Prices Hit Record High


(Columbus, OH) -- Fuel prices in the U.S. are hitting record high numbers. 

GasBuddy reports the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded topped out at $4.36 per gallon yesterday. The last time prices surged across the country was March 10th, when regular hit $4.35 per gallon.

AAA reports yesterday's average in Franklin County was over $4.18, with prices reaching $4.22 in Madison County. Costs for diesel also set an all-time high, coming in at $5.23 per gallon.
