Military Family Gifted Mortgage-Free Home By George Strait

One military family got quite the early holiday surprise from the King of Country.  

At a show in Las Vegas last week, George Strait gifted a mortgage-free home to U.S. Army Sergeant Mike Hulsey and his wife Meaghan. The home was provided by the Military Warriors Support Foundation, whose CEO joined Strait on stage for the gift presentation. Hulsey is a Purple Heart recipient who was shot in the leg and also suffered injuries to his backbone, neck and hips due to IED explosions. 

The organization worked with Wells Fargo to gift the home as it was donated through the bank's Homes4WoundedHeroes program.
