Suspect In Community Center Shooting Expected To Be Charged As Adult

(Columbus, OH) -- The teen suspect in last week's deadly shooting outside Glenwood Community Center is expected to be tried as an adult. 

Avent'tay Solomon made a preliminary appearance in juvenile court today. He is scheduled for another hearing next week, where the case could be transferred to Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

Solomon is accused of fatally shooting 24-year-old Atayia Nichols.
