(Upper Arlington, OH) -- An Upper Arlington father is pleading guilty to charges connected to an incident last month, when his daughter and other elementary school students were sickened by marijuana edibles.
Documents filed with Franklin County Municipal Court say Scott Macre is pleading guilty to endangering children, obstructing business, and possession of a controlled substance. Police say his 10-year-old child and four other Windermere Elementary students had to be hospitalized after eating marijuana gummies the girl found in a kitchen cabinet.
Sentencing for Macre is scheduled for June 14th.
